Currently the CEO for AdSmart, Boyer has had a very successful 20-year career in the tech industry in Oregon and the Central Coast. Before becoming CEO at AdSmart, Boyer served as COO of ElementsLocal, which was acquired by Bridgeline Digital, Inc. in 2013. Before its acquisition, ElementsLocal developed software solutions for franchise companies such as Jiffy Lube, Maaco, Paul Davis Restoratioin, Sport Clips, and UPS Stores. Boyer’s Central Coast career began as the VP of Operations for Web Associates, which was later acquired by Rosetta. As VP at Web Associates, he grew the company from a 500K loss to a $5 million profit. The company also developed enterprise software solutions for companies such as Apple, HP, Oakley, Quicksilver and VISA International.
Just this past February, after completing the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives (ICFE) program and passing the mandatory CFE exam, Boyer received his Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation. The designation was presented at the 2014 International Franchise Association (IFA) Convention in New Orleans, LA.
